B. Review of Minutes Motion to accept minutes made by George E. Carter, seconded by Robert Spirito: unanimous approval. C. Agenda Review Motion to accept the amended agenda made by; Robert Spirito seconded by George E. Carter: unanimous approval. D. Internal Affairs Statistical Report & Remarks Captain Blanchard reported that eight (8) cases were opened and ten (10) cases were closed in April compared to 29 cases in April of 2010. One of the closed cases had an expired filing time. IA PRO software has the capability to track info by officer involved, district involved, complainant and subject of complaint. Detective Gregg Dickson transferred to IA; Lt. Casanova was promoted to Officer In Charge of Patrol; Det. Dickson and Sgt. Barham attended POST training. New patrol cars will have cameras installed as they are put in service. June’s meeting will see demo video at NHPD. Closed cases assigned to Panels A & B for reading. E. New Business F. Unfinished Business Reginald Thomas, Manager CRB Services spoke with Rob Smuts about the CRB being notified when there is a press conference scheduled. G. Subcommittee Reports Policy & Procedures By-Laws Committee BOPC NACOLE Management Teams - George E. Carter - Stop & Shop now open on Whalley Avenue. George E. Carter, Barbara Carroll spoke about the value of the Community Mediation Meetings, “Dialogue with the NHPD”. Third round to be held in the Fall for each district.
